I can only give 2 stars because essentially they are a no better then a call center and have no common sence. The problem I had was I called 911 because my wife hurt her neck now I used to be a medical first responder but they just transfer you to life net without toning out other medical tesponders such as the fire dept who can isually get there faster and start stabilization of a person. Well the short of it is I hade to keep calling for 15 minutes until finally she toned out Rock Port for a medical call. Mind you that most of Rockport was on the other side of town they pulled in with the ambulance so if the 911 center had toned the medical responders my wife would have been stabalized quicker. Rock Port fire dept still my heros you are still the quick responders.
