I can't believe this.!! I am a eye witness. It's a shame that this company known as Bruce Oakley, use prisoners for their personal gain to increase their financial income and livelihood. It's nothing but a financial economical gain to enrich themselves. I remember when slavery was the thing to do at Bruce Oakley trucking company in North Little Rock Arkansas

Will do you dirty, that's for sure. Need to make sure they personally speak to BOTH drivers, which they DIDN'T. Need to make sure what is required inside and outside the truck, which they DIDN'T. First day on a contract, issues are expected, but they don't account for that. Confusion on both ends was going on. Theres always issues starting out, but they don't allow for that. There was more than one tk , yet their not here. Expecting perfection all at once is unreasonable. Not right and not fare. Standing on the side of the road, drinking coffee, and talking to drivers was not a good way to communicate requirements. YOU dropped the ball on the Phillips 66 contract, and your drivers paid for it. The one thing about companies expecting perfection from others is that it blinds them from seeing their own imperfections in achieving it. Plus, they have no freight, so their firing drivers over any thing.

Oakley Trucking Inc, is one of my end goals for trucking. Possibly a place I'd like to retire at. They're freight is far different from what I'm used to hauling, and they haul in and out of Canada which for an adventurer's heart is awesome. I listen to their podcast and I speak to their drivers out on the road, I've heard nothing but good things about them.

Just wanted to thank the team at Oakey ,
I had a emergency surgery 3/23/23 And my husband who drives for Oakley was on the job and needed to be by my side the next day ,
He called Ryan in dispatch and told him situation.
Five minutes later Ryan said go home husband informed him that
he had just loaded and had next day delivery ,Again Ryan said go home now
Was transferred to safety were he was informed of situation were he was also told to go home.
Open heart surgery went well but needed husband couple more days until
family could care for me .
Again my husband called dispatch to inform of situation and was
told to take care of family first , Even with the load on the truck was informed that he can deliver when he fills its safe to do so.

One of the best I have tried so far! Just starting out and so far no BS!!!! Update:: Been here several months and the money dead on and the people are nice to work with! Home time whenever I ask for it and aside from a little dirty and a lot of different plant orientations I have made plenty $$$$ and no complaints ! Other than hauling (hassles) oversized freight this is the best in 28 years OTR!! If someone tells you you can’t make it here they are bad business managers!! Tell the recruiter I said this!!
