customers and carriers do not use this company this company is abusive to the carriers the charge the carrier $1000 for not accepting a Macropint witch they want to use the carrier cell to do so. meaning violating drivers privacy protected by the unite state constitution. now customers and carriers ask you self a question do you want to work with a company like this that does not protect and respect other people privacy. if you as a company want to track your customer product then spend the money and buy gps for every load you do but don't be using personal cell phone for your business because you do not own or pay for this driver phone. plus you want to charge a diver $1000 for this and want to pay a driver $150 for truck not use.

broker is not providing any load details on the rate confirmation,they manipulating my driver contacting him directly without my knowledge.Broker is filing false reports!What is Hostage!How do i keep the load HOSTAGE TODAY if my delivery appointment is TOMORROW 9am! Shuttle is a joke. Got picked up at the hotel in Springdale Arkansas and on my way to Little Rock Arkansas. The driver either can't drive or keeps falling asleep cause she keeps running of the road onto the shoulder and hitting the Roble strip. She also if very aggressive with her Lane changes. Shouldn't be fearing for ones life while riding with a "Professional" driver
