Jensen's is a pleasure to visit and I highly recommend this business. The employees are friendly, helpful and -- do they hustle! Service is unfailingly polite and fast fast fast. I've been a customer for at least ten years and they never disappoint. Surprising to me, each employee is able to help you with most any service (except for notary services, a specialty) which to me indicates excellent training. Kudos to Chuck and his hardworking, professional staff.

Jensen's is extremely reliable. I've shipped packages with them multiple times , never had any issues . Great to have a business like them in the neighborhood. Sure UPS and FedEx are cheaper but supporting local businesses goes a long way . And everyone here is very friendly

This review goes to the owner's store. Jensen's mail has great services and we used their services many times in the past with great customer service, but today, we had a very unpleasant experience. "KEVIN" was very unprofessional, rude, impolite, to the point that he was almost screaming at us. This was completely unacceptable. We were disgusted for his behavior. I really hope this review reaches the owner and some further action is done. Sadly after we went today, not sure if we will ever comeback again.

Needed notary, copying and express mail during Covid. Have a family member with cancer and needed to get something out fast, as socially distanced and safely as possible.

Jensen's was amazing! I called and found out when they were likely to be quieter. Since there are windows on both sides and there is a big covered roof outside, they handled everything outside and so safely. They almost always have a notary on duty and it was far easier than the alternative I was considering which was calling a mobile notary who could meet me in a parking lot. Jensen's also has copy and express mail so it is one trip rather than lots of trips with more exposure. They were incredibly nice, even helping me get copies of the notarized forms without having to go inside, and made it possible for me to get everything done fast and safely.

Amazing hole in the wall shop. Professional and helpful staff. Sells everything from holiday cards and post cards to shipping and mailing boxes. Also has PO Boxes.
Great vibe. Refurbished old record player near the front door plays music throughout the day. You can even buy the record player (one of the owners finds and fixes them up).

Great staff, nice vibe, but for the same service (international delivery, US Post, Apples to apples comparison) quoted me a price 25%+ higher than PO Plus on Castro (maybe because they are adding one inch to each of the boxe’s dimension on the calculator to « account for the cardboard ? »)
