I shopped around for a storage facility and am very happy to have chosen Arco’s. Julie patiently answered all of my questions and helped me determine the best size unit to meet our family’s needs. She also sent videos of the facility and the different units we were considering. Julie was professional, understanding, easy to work with and really helped to make this part of our move stress-free.

The facility itself is clean, secure, and appears well taken care of. They have their own parking lot and move-in with a large truck with seamless. I highly recommend checking out Arco’s!

The only storage company I trust in the Bay Area. It's safe, fairly priced, clean and well-maintained facility with temp-controlled storage, and great customer service. I also appreciate that they are family-run. On my last visit I got to chat with Julie who is absolutely lovely, all while helping me update my information. I've used them for the first time in 2017 and came back in 2019 and have been a happy customer ever since.

Clean safe helpful and friendly. This place is awesome!! Staff answers the phone and helps problem solve. They have lots of cameras and always paying attention. Had 3 units here. They also provide carts for moving items from unit to the door. Very convenient.

I've been using Arco’s self storage for almost 20 years now. The place is always clean, smells nice, the staff are great, I have 24/7 access to my stuff, there's free coffee and snacks in the lobby... Everything is basically perfect, and I can't think of anything that I would want to change or make better. And that's crazy. I definitely recommend this place!
