The older gentleman at this establishment is very rude and disrespectful I'm not sure why .I called to ask about business hours he was very polite until I came to the establishment. When i got to the establishment he was very disrespectful taking documents and money out of my hands very aggressively. Speaking to me in a tone he did not use with an Indian customer who was in line before me. Before I left he asked me "are you the GIRL that called here early asking for hours?" I said yes I am and he said oh I thought u looked different than what you look like . I'm not sure what that meant but I am sure he didn't mean that in the nicest way. I understand that neighborhood isn't always the nicest but that does not give business owners the right to be rude to paying customers.

Went here yesterday to get signatures notarized and Mr. Kumar was so helpful! I was in and out in less than 8 min 🙂 He’s been doing business here in the mission for a long time and is so kind and friendly. I got my MFT livescan done here and the owner, Sammy, was incredibly helpful. I got scammed at my first livescan location, and Sammy was able to put my fears at ease and show me in real time that my livescan was confirmed and registered. He's truly a community man and cares about people who do business with him. I highly recommend people to support this business. Wonderful customer service is now hard to find!!! Five + + + stars!!!! I needed passport photos done ASAP. I called and asked if we could get the photos right away. The owner confirmed “yes” and true to his word, We literally walked in and got the photos in 5 minutes. Ready for passport agency appointment 15 minutes later. No joke. I had called Walgreens earlier and even though the recording said they did passport photos, when I actually talked to someone, turns out they didn’t have their photo person in at the time. I can’t recommend this business “Background and Fingerprinting” etc. enough.
