I have Andersen Window are not under warranty where the gas between the panes had leaked out and escaped leaving a soap scum looking residue on the window. When I called Andersen windows their rep came out and explained they couldn’t repair the window but instead tried to convince me to replace the whole window at $6,600!. I called several other glass companies to see if I can get it repaired and none would take the job as they said Andersen windows were built so that a third party couldn’t repair them. I called Glass Doctor to give them a try and they immediately reassured me that they can get the job done right and they did! The window came out as if nothing happened to it. It matched perfectly in color and tint, and they left the wood framing in excellent condition. The best part was it only cost me $620 roughly, saving me nearly $6000! I will definitely be back to use them in the future and will recommend them to all who need glass services. I have attached a before and after picture.

One of the best glass company around the bay I needed to install one shower at my house and I reached out to them and they were very friendly and explained everything about what I need and gave me different options to ho with and we agreed on a price which I checked with 4 different companies and trust me guys! We had the front window of our business broken Monday night.
I came in found the window and after calling to police.
I found Glass Doctor on a google search, called at 6:00 AM
and they showed up at 9:45 AM boarded up window and ordered new glass.
Came back next day and installed new window.
Great service will be using them next time I need a window replaced.

Very low key place, but good people who clearly know their stuff.

Scheduling an appointment was easy - I actually talked to a live person. They said they'd order the glass, and it was there when I went in the next day. Matched my damaged one EXACTLY - and I have seen few in which you could tell it wasn't original. In my case, except for the fact that it didn't have the "Mercedes Benz" logo on a corner, you couldn't tell it wasn't the original.

They even changed the wiper blades for me (I had purchased them in advance). The seal is fantastic - I have tested it in pelting California rain, and have absolutely no complaints. The rain sensors work well. Price was great - paid about HALF what I would at a dealer. No "extra" charges that I have seen at a few places, and no surprises. Nor sure what else I could ask for.
