I would like to report a situation that occurred today in the city of Walnut Creek, California, involving an employee of your company.

I am an Amazon delivery driver and, upon arriving at an apartment to deliver two packages, I parked correctly in a permitted spot, where the parking time was up to 30 minutes. Even though I was within the rules, your employee approached me in an ignorant and arrogant manner, demanding that I move my vehicle.

I politely explained that it would only take two to three minutes to complete my delivery and leave. However, even before I arrived, your company's truck was already parked illegally, which makes the approach even more unjustified.

In addition, when I tried to enter the building to complete the delivery, your employee closed the door on purpose, making my work difficult and hindering the flow of residents who were leaving for their appointments.

I believe that this attitude does not reflect the professionalism expected of a serious company. I would like to express my disapproval of this unnecessary and disrespectful conduct. I would like the company to take steps to prevent situations like this from happening again.

My sister had a refrigerator delivered this week and JT was the delivery man. He is so professional and made the process very smooth.

Have an older washer that I needed to change the old belt on, I brought in the frayed one and forgot to get the make and model of my washer, well the guy took the belt I brought in and was able to find a matching one that so far works perfect! Thank you!

There is black gentleman in san Leandro Branch who is very rude and disrespectful always stares like he want to fight or something and most of the time misunderstoods then show bad attitude like passing stuff while throwing and showing anger this is so disrespectful and unprofessional I don't know his name or I would mention it.
but the other staff is very polite and cooperative.
