Easy to get to, plenty of parking. I was looking for international students admissions, which took some driving around and friendly people to redirect me. Some areas of the campus looked like it needed maintenance (tennis courts, stadium) but overall the buildings looked modern/well kept. It's helpful to use the online university map as a reference.

Accreditation is meaningless. The administration violates ferpa laws left and right so they shouldn't be receiving federal funds and the math and cs department are the most unintelligent and incompetent "teachers" in the country. If you still enjoy academics, don't go here because they will ruin that for you. I think a criminal record would look better on a resume than csu eastbay.

So I went there for the orientation Day. CSU East Bay's orientation day is a great way to get started on your college journey. The day is packed with information about the university, its resources, and how to succeed in college. You'll also have the chance to meet other new students and get involved in campus life.

One of the things I loved most about CSU East Bay's orientation day was the welcoming atmosphere. The staff and students were all so friendly and helpful, and they really made me feel like I belonged. I also appreciated the fact that the day was well-organized and informative. I learned a lot about the university and how to succeed in college.
Funfact: They're building Science building #3. I am so excited, hope you check it out.

CSU East Bay is located in Hayward, California, a city in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. The university has two campuses: the Hayward campus and the Concord campus.

The Hayward campus is located in the hills above Hayward, with views of the San Francisco Bay and the surrounding area which is where the orientation Day happened. The campus is home to most of the university's academic and administrative buildings, as well as the student union, the library, and the athletic facilities.
The location of CSU East Bay is a major draw for me. The university is close to both San Francisco and Oakland, and it is also easily accessible by public transportation. The campus is also surrounded by a variety of parks and open space, which makes it a great place to live and study.

Its a great school. The professors on campus in the major I was in for my undergraduates were all great. The student live is also good. Made a lot of good friends. The only downside is sometimes the administration sucks. They lack a lot in customer service sometimes. But they are dedicated and when they work, boy do they work great! I wish there was more fluidity among the admin staff, but they work hard and are under pressure a lot too.

Plan on coming back for a masters program which I am looking forward to. I lived in hayward my whole life, and despite East Bay always being here, it is not a bad school at all.
