Big Dog Movers – Exceptional Team, Start-to-Finish Service!
I had a fantastic experience with Big Dog Movers—from the first contact through the final item unloaded. Jesse was my initial point of contact, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. A clear communicator, he gathered all the necessary info, provided a spot-on estimate, and kept me informed every step of the way. It made a huge difference knowing I could rely on his updates and coordination.

Steven and KJ were two of the most professional, thoughtful, and personable movers I’ve ever worked with. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. They were careful with every item, efficient without rushing, and incredibly respectful of both the home and the belongings they were handling.

On top of being total pros, they were also friendly and easy to work with, making what could have been a stressful day feel calm and under control. I was especially impressed by how thoughtful they were—constantly checking in to make sure everything was going where it should and being mindful of the space and layout.

Jesse and his team are phenomenal. Jesse is very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Jesse provided excellent customer service, friendliness, and a great quote from start to finish. No hidden fees, either. They are good old fashioned customer service and care about you and your belongings. A breath of fresh air. The team he sent to move a loved one was nothing short of amazing. The two young men who moved us from Rockford IL to Middleton WI did an excellent job. They were polite and exuded a happy spirit. They went out of the way to get our swing to a second floor balcony when it would not fit through the door. If asked by someone if I know of a good moving company I will suggest Big Dog Movers

I have had to move a number of times in my life, and this was the 3rd time in Madison, and Big Dog Movers - who moved us a week ago today- is the best of the best! I would give them more than 5 stars if possible. Their office stayed in touch and allowed me to change the moving date 2 times due to the cold weather- and they were so polite about it! When moving day did happen, they called ahead, showed up ready to go, and were so incredibly kind, and respectful of us, our Collie puppy ( who loved them all!), and most of all, our mid century furniture, collected over many decades and priceless to us. Yerith N, KS, and CS were our crew, while Mike and Jessie made it happen administratively. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

If you want a professional company to handle your move with grace, good communication, and efficiency, look no further.

These guys did a great job helping us move a fourth floor two bedroom apartment in Madison to a storage unit in Minneapolis.

They arrived on time and got to work immediately. They were smart about how they chose to wrap fragile furniture and frames, and they packed the truck neatly.

Great communication while they transported our stuff to Minneapolis, and they were able to get everything done significantly below the quoted cost.

We had the same movers on the move out as on the move in which was an added plus because they were already familiar with our items.
