This company has a trucking compnay known as brecht trucking and they booked a load with with us....and then never showed up for the load on a saturday the day of. They admitted to booking a longer load to the east coast. now they are retaliating and will not take responsiblity for there actions. not trustworthy...would not do business with them.

then this brokerage falsley filed a FG against us for them not showing up...completely unprofessional...would not do biz with them

Booked a load with Kobie Whitaker ,
I never dealt with irresponsible and lazy brokerage company like this.
Rate was deducted for no reason , Broker did not find facility to drop rejected freight and instead charged us back for finding a food bank and delivering it.

Dishonest people, avoid them. We got a load with them. It was 9 hours waiting time with no detention. They took U$150.00 from the paycheck because of a shortage. There was no shortage, it was clean bills. They are scammers. They will offer a little more to hook you into the load and them they will take the difference on the payment. Be careful with them, they are very dishonest people.

Great group of brokers. Been hauling their freight since February. Several loads a week. Quick to pay the average has been 8 days. Never had any issues with them. Have always been straight up and honest with me. They have a lot of tyson loads. If you dont ask the drop dead time yes you could be at the plant for hours upon hours. Make sure you get the DDT.

Broker in the Indiana office is disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional.. You can tell it's a "family" job. That's the ONLY reason they can justify keeping a broker with that kind of attitude around. Needs to be trained to treat the people responsible for they're salary with appreciation; as this is not the only brokerage out there. If you have other options....choose those!

set up a load with this company and was told that the drop appt would be changed as requested. rate con was sent with original appt time and a message on the email saying it was being sent to act mngt to be rescheduled. I in turn requested a new rate con once that was taken care of. Didn't hear anything back from them, truck gets loaded, still haven't heard anything. On the requested day of delivery I get email saying that they haven't gotten a response but go ahead and check in. now I am being ghosted, the are not responding to emails or answering the phone. Had to cancel the drivers. next load and find something new. I accept partial blame for this as I didn't wait for an updated rate con, but they have no integrity, personal or business! So be very wary of this company.

I don`t know what to say .... "What do you not like about this business?"
This is CAN NOT qualified as a business , that why I don`t know what to say here. I`m not even sure , if they will be good to find a job like to collect the shopping carts from the walmart parking lot.... SPECIALLY INDIANA OFFICE, in a case they have any other one... I don`t thing they do.
We book the load with them, with a drop trailer for 12h , then the hours get up to 24, then 36 and when we get back to the facility to pu a loaded trailer , this cave people , just told us "we sell the load to some buddy else."
So , is your decision if you going to do anything with them.... My suggestion is : STAY AWAY

The worst broker ever!! Lying about appointments, lying about detention and layover that they messed up. On top of that they are very rude, and ignoring emails, and calls! Please avoid them!!!
