Great service and food. Visited for a late lunch on a Saturday. Our server was amazing, he was super friendly and helpful. Ordered a salad and the chicken wild rice soup. The salad was chock full of all kinds of yummy ingredients. The soup was some of the best I’ve ever had, super thick and creamy with huge pieces of tender chicken. Long Island ice tea was delicious. Brought a pizza home to the family and they said it was great. Would definitely go back!

This place drops the ball AGAIN!!! Extremely bad.. Hockey season has brought us back for round 2 at this establishment and it was worse than the first time!

Terrible experience. Again.

I would like to start this with, it wasn’t our waitress fault because their job is to follow the establishments rules. However our “group” reserved this space a week in advance, not the same day. There was plenty of time to get enough staff set up to take care of everyone in a timely manner. However we show up and there is 1 person to take care of us, 4 people at the bar and maybe 30 other people in the restaurant. No one helped our waitress get things done in a timely manner and we waited over two hours to get food.. this I can be semi understanding of being she was alone and from what I could tell not experienced in her position but what I am not understanding of is when we go to check out we get a bill with an automatic 20% for groups larger then 10 when we had 5 of us but be a we were part of a larger group. It took 2 hours to get our food and it wasn’t even hot when it came out. It was brought to their attention, we did get an apology because obviously no one wants to give subpar service but to still be charged the 20% after all of that is asinine. I would gladly leave an appropriate tip, always. But to be forced after our experience is not ok. We will not be back to this establishment and it’s unfortunate because it could really be a great place. I hope our 20% went to our waitress and the kitchen crew only.

Stopped just for the tasty Bloody Mary. Very tasty! The brown sugar glazed bacon was delicious! Cute bartenders also. 👍🏽

I arrived just in time, the big Bloody Marys go until 3pm.

We worked with the catering and events side of things for a very special event, and honestly could not be happier with the venue or the food. It was perfect from start to finish, professional and beautifully displayed. We were able to get everything we asked for and the staff was super helpful. I highly recommend for your next special event. We will definitely be back.

$25 for 9 yo to bowl for 1 hr.
Couldnt order a slice of pizza, had to order whole pizza. Shoes were 2/3 and needed straight 3, so too tight. Lanes nice

I've been in New Richmond for 4 years and never went here. Looked at it online and the prices seemed way too high. Finally decided to take my daughter's here to go bowling and did a package deal where you get a pizza and pop in 2 hours of bowling. Saw a sign right away that said they were going to put 20% automatically on me because I picked up the package. (I really didn't like seeing that right away) The whole time we were there we didn't have an actual server or anything that would warrant forcing a 20% tip. Our lane shut down after 1 hour and so had to go get it turned back on. Our lane malfunctioned a couple times and then before we were done with our second game the bumpers for my girls went down in the middle of her role and the lane shut off. A kid came over and told us we had to move cuz there was a birthday part! (Even though we had reservations, freaking shut the game off in the middle of a throw!) At that point I was fed up and done anyways. Went to turn in shoes and no one said a word or anything. I literally could have just walked right out without paying and a part of me wishes I would have but I'm not like that. I told him I didn't pay and I was waiting to see if 20% was added on and it wasn't thankfully because there's no way I was going to pay it. Won't be returning here ever. Is so not worth the money.
