**edit/addition; ok, $h!t happens with part sometimes. BUT, they honor the warranty of their work. They just fixed an injector issue on my garbage 6.0 immediately with no hassle.**
Elsewhere, I’ve had nothing but problems with either being turned away because of the size of my truck, the style of transmission I have, or staffing issues at the shop. I’ve also had issues getting the shops to perform the work I paid for, leaving me to spend more money redoing the engine work.
Here, they said yes to doing the work, were honest about the timeline (that it would take a while behind other customers), honest about the cost estimates, and most importantly, the work paid for was done and I don’t need to go back!

Justin and Ken are top shelf people. They care for what is going on and also will not sugar coat anything for you. I had my transmission fixed with them on this old gem and will be back for more work!

Had my jeep towed in transmission totally quit working was told it was a software issue said a bunch of grounds were dirty and that caused the issue told me they cleaned them and re programed the computer 35 miles later it was back to slaming into gear and not shifting properly
457 miles later it did the same thing took to dealer and transmission was shot

They appear to not want to deal with warranty issues at all

It end up costing 808.00

Dodged my calls and refused to answer questions about work they had done.

They replaced a fuel pump. Worked for a bit, then failed again. I tried to call them in a very friendly and non-confrontational way to speak to them about whether their parts dealer might offer a warrently. It was really a simple question and I didn't even pressure them about it. They told me they'd call be back but then they proceeded to dodge my calls and voicemails for weeks. Any self respecting shop would just call me back and explain the situation. They chose to act like children.

New to the area I found my shop for all future misfortunes and regular schedule maintenance for sure. This shop is where it is at!!!!! The owner of the shop was very professional so kind this man has heart as well as the staff Justin is AMAZING!!! Even the tow man was courteous and kind, very professional. From the time of my misfortune 3pm my car was broken down in the middle of a busy intersection in New Richmond from broken CV axle and ball joints. Parts Supply could not get the parts until 5:30 at 6:45 My phone rings it's Justin telling me I'm all set my car is really all fixed up. I can not thank the owner as well as his staff for everything! Listen I'm not big on giving reviews but the owner of this shop and his employees are amazing. The great prices at Interstate Transmission I highly recommend this shop. ANY future mechanical issues with my vehicles I know just where to go Interstate Transmission customer for life. Thank you guys!

They unfortunately were called by my local pd because i was side swiped on a city street. They were fair and understanding, even towed our car back to our house after we found out about the accident. We later bought a used vehicle from them, and its been awesome. A fair and honest mom and pops type of relationship. Really appreciated everything they did for us.

Shop up in Hayward tried telling me this bearing wasn’t purchasable he would have to do entire drive shaft quoted me $1200 parts and labor….. these guys found bearing for me running smooth again for under an hour labor. Rare to find a shop this honest any more!
