For service in New Richmond the price can not be beat. Call early to reserve your ride as it can be busy, and tip your driver if you can.

For rides going more than 5 miles from New Richmond you will have to contact other local taxi services.

Hired this service for a day I couldn't bring my son to work myself. I called the day before to book. I am very pleased with them. They accomodated our needs, the driver was on time and my son said he was pleasant. I will hire them again.

Absolutely terrible. We called for a taxi at 9pm and they said they would arrive at 9:30pm to pick us up. We waited until 9:50 and called them to see where they were at. No one answered so we decided to call from a different number, no answer. We left two voicemails and never heard back and a taxi never showed. Unfortunately this is the only taxi service within the area but I would not trust or depend on this company. 0/5 stars...

Would rate them a 0 if I could. Haven't had an experience in the cab, but the same horrible driver almost hit our vehicle twice within 4 days. First incident he didn't stop at the stop sign coming out of family fresh and just about t-boned us with my son in the car and the second time he yielded at a stop sign pulled out right behind us as we were turning into BP and he just about rear ended us and then almost side swiped us as he passed us in the no passing zone. If nothing is done after I called about both incidences they need to be turned in!!!😤😤😤

If I could leave a zero, I would. we have a new Richmond address and we are “too far” out. The lady on the phone helping us said “you’re too far out, okay? Bye.” Super disappointed in the customer service of this company.

You can never get a ride from them. They are always booked. Would rate them a zero if I could. Close at 8, can not get a ride at 645. Unbelievable.
