Big Hook was fantastic to work with - within an hour of inquiry on services/prices, dumpster was being delivered to my driveway. Customer service and response time were more than excellent the whole duration of dumpster rental. Would recommend Big Hook!

Dumpster late to be delivered. Then didn't pick up for 4 days after project was completed, only to bust up the blacktop of the property owner. Guessed at billing out tonnage before delivering to landfill.
Won't even get into the slanderous statements made about the property owner.
Can't give less than a 1 Star or I would. Lot of good dumpster services out there. This is definitely not one of them.
