Good people, bad management. How many customer relationship management systems do you think they have? How many are actually working and integrated? The VP of Customer Service / Sales is really terrible at his job and yet... he has been there for years. They rely on people who are heroes and excellent in their job and work ethic to make up for leadership incompetence.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would.

I'm a new business in Hebron, Illinois and started in August this year. Reinhart-Performance Foods gave me the WORST customer service possible! So disappointed.

Their delivery driver left my walk in cooler open 3 weeks in a row, their service representative did NOTHING about it and to top it off they denied me an order claiming I owed them a check and they actually OWED ME MONEY!

After taking it to the "next level", the credit manager was ZERO help and then the manager in general was the same way when we looked to the next step.

I will not use them again or refer them. In fact I will be discussing my extremely poor service with them with the other restaurants in my town to let them know to BEWARE of this company and to search out a replacement so this doesn't happen to them.
