The door reads "M-F 8am-5pm." After searching on Google, it was listed open from 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. I stopped by and there was a nice young man in the bay area that gladly welcomed me to pull on in. I found out that this place is directly tied to the other valvoline store on Onalaska side which I typically use but they are ALWAYS wrapped around the corner with business. I'm so glad to know that same exceptional service is offered at this location! Jacob and Jon were very kind and helpful and even aired up my tires! Thanks for all you do and especially for working on a Saturday!

I came right before closing time and they went out of their way to help me. Even did extra work that I needed , which I was unaware of ... they really helped me out, especially with that extra help.I needed.. And they gave me a really good discount on top of it all.!!! Jeep runs a lot better!! Thank you guys!!!

I rarely ever review places but this place deserves one. I have stopped by on more than numerous occasions for various issues with my car to include routine oil changes, top offs, brake light replacements and today, because my front right brake was making a horrific noise. These guys go above and beyond! They diagnosed and took care of the problem promptly. They were able to get the part that I needed within minutes, repaired it and sent me on my way. This is my go-to place for any car issues

Awesome service! The guy at the front desk was a very personable and funny guy. Although the wait time was a little longer than expected, still better than other locations. Great environment, no complaints other than moderate wait time.
