I ordered on the app. which works great but I wasn't paying attention and sent it to Onalaska and not La Crosse. I walked in and Eric was working the checkout. He informed me it wasn't there and I figured out what I had done. No fault of Toppers at all. I walked back in and Eric was extremely understanding got the loyalty points I had back and reordered it while they appeared to be very busy. He told me 7 mins and it would be ready. He was very accurate to that as they texted me and said it was good at the time given. I walked in and Eric was standing at the checkout ready to go and even gave me a brownie dessert for my kids because of MY screw up. I own 4 companies and I have to say that his managers and franchise owners should be proud of his professionalism. I was impressed by him and his whole team. Thank you all for the great experience and Eric really made my night for me and my kids. Thank you again.

What a bummer! I was looking forward to this Italian beef pizza which has almost no meat. Approximately one piece of beef per slice and as you can see in the photo one of the slices had zero meat. This is a 12 inch pizza that cost $35 with delivery charge and tax through Uber eats! I’m sorry but that is not value. I called the store and they said that there was nothing they could do since I ordered from Uber eats.

Received great recommendations from family, was very happy with the pizza, we had regular, pan, stix, and the raspberry dessert stix, all great, and fed our family with 8 kids for around $50

After debating where to get pizza for our monthly pizza night last Saturday, we decided on Toppers. I had never tried Toppers so I was a little nervous at first, but it was a great decision. When picking up our pizzas, I was greeted and helped by a young man named Leo. The service was amazing and so was the warm, delicious pizza! We will definitely be back soon!

I live 3 minutes at most from this location with 4 red lights your or the Onalaska location. Both places wouldn't deliver to my address!!!!! Never ever again will I ever attempt to call a Toppers Pizza!!!

Today was my first time ordering a Toppers Pizza. The first thing that impressed me was something that most pizza restaurants get wrong, which is to not offer a very good deal for single pizza buyers who don't need a larger and medium pizza. You can get a small pizza including a specialty with the pop for under $10, which is fantastic. The people were nice and the quality of the food was excellent for the price. I would highly recommend this place. I've received a lot of generous offers and this is my go-to pizza place.

Every time I go here I order extra buffalo chicken and extra jalapeños and every time they don’t put extra what am I paying extra for if yall just gonna put the same amount as a regular pizza last time I go here I’m sick of having to go back to get my pizza fixed shitty service ruined my night thanks
