Quoted time of 1-3pm twice kept trying to show up at 4. I work third shift so this was terrible timing. Asked for a different delivery time was told this was impossible unless I wanted it at 6:30 am by which time I’m still at work. When delivery guy arrived I watched him essentially toss the tv onto my stairwell because he was the only one trying to carry a 80lb 70” television. He immedietly had an attitude about my concern with the timing. Argued with me about the way he “set” the tv on the stairwell. After he tried to get me to sign he didn’t bother reading that we ordered the ‘white glove service’ where we paid extra money and was annoyed with us for having mentioned it. Had enough with his attitude and belittling arguments so I told him to leave my house with the tv. He again became very agitated and started arguing making more belittling comments as he was trying to leave. As his final saying on his way out he said “Any day you wanna go” so I cut him off before he could finish asking what he meant by that. He wouldn’t respond so I told him not to threaten me. That’s when he replied “sir don’t threaten me”. I called the company owner to acknowledge this behavior and was immediately told it was my fault for being “short” with him before he even bothered listening to what I had to say. This company doesn’t care about your product, it’s condition, their attitude, or the convenience of your delivery. They don’t even bother having two people in one truck for heavy objects that should not be lifted alone by OSHA standards. This company is not worth your trouble, avoid at all costs and good luck if you do.
