Last time they moved me I was moving into a third floor apartment, the place I moved into had elevators once in awhile we had to wait for an elevator at the end of the job the guy quoted me $1,000 and told me to my face it was so expensive because they had to wait for that elevator. So bajet movers from now on you'll do every step it takes to get to the third floor or wherever I move to! To let you all know it wasn't even a houseful it was a one-bedroom apartment.

Hired Bajat a couple years back to move from Wausau to 2 hours north in lake country. I actually moved most of my possessions just need help with the big items. Estimate was reasonable but at the delivery, they almost doubled the amount I owed telling me it's based on weight. Over $2000 for a small local move is a rip off. They also lost part of my bedframe

I’m not one to leave many reviews, unless it’s an extremely bad experience. Although I did not hire these movers, my 87 year old grandmother did. After the move, and she was settled she found that her 70+ inch smart TV was cracked. Now, I can tell you my grandmother did not do this, and it was from the movers. The movers were nice, as well as Deb in the office. However, they claimed they do not replace things that they break. Having worked for a moving company, I know most replace things they break (that’s what company insurance is for). But apparently the customer has to purchase extra insurance (adding to the already hefty cost of moving services). I’m assuming this isn’t clearly stated to the customer, because we were told there was insurance. So, please save yourself the hassle I’ve went through and don’t hire this company. They will not replace the items they break, nor will they take any type of fault.

Carla came to our house to give us a detailed quote. She was helpful and friendly. On our move date, 4 guys showed up and they worked hard and fast. They were friendly and personable while they worked. They got the job done early and under the quoted price. Nothing was damaged or missing. Hopefully we don't move again anytime soon, but if we do we would use them again.

We just completed a move with Bajet Van Lines. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the services that they provide.

About one month ago, the estimator from their company came over to look at our townhome and give us an estimate. She was very knowledgeable and thorough.

Today, the movers came to start work about 45 minutes late because of a miscommunication regarding our address. The movers apologized for the delay and then began to work extra hard to make up time. We had three persons to move our two bedroom townhome and that worked out perfectly. The movers were extremely careful with all of our possessions and they had an excellent attitude despite the hot temperatures of the day. All of our items were moved without any damage and they kept us closely involved throughout the entire process. They were also very patient with us as we moved around our furniture trying to find the optimal location in our new home.

The final price came in identical to the quote and there were no hidden fees or extra charges.

Contrary to some of the negative comments provided by other reviewer’s, we would highly recommend them if you are contemplating a move in the Wausau area.

I was interested in a quote for my move. Needed things picked up in Wausau, one stop in Neenah, and delivered in oak creek Wisconsin. Just a simple one bedroom apartment worth of stuff, they quoted me $3600!! They charge over $100 just to move a tv! Absolutely unbelievable. Two men and a truck... in Appleton... was able to come up to wausau and make all the stops for $1400. When I told the women what two men and a truck quoted me she said “super...I wish you well” I see other good reviews which is why I gave them a shot but they’re prices are outrageous. And when told what other places offer they were hilariously rude. Not sure if the women I worked with was just off her rocker and the company is great, but it was enough of a bad experience to spend the time to warn other people to save your time, unless you’re looking for a good laugh. My friend moved from Texas to Wisconsin for nearly the same price. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR HELP!!
