Love the bank itself but every time I call it seems no one ever picks up. I make sure to double check their open hours before I call and this happens every single time, just straight to voicemail.

Shena davis in the wausau location was the worst representation I have ever talked to. They deposited money into the wrong account and then when I went to explain how they did it incorrectly she very ridley asked me if I was done talking yet when I was just trying to explain the situation. She then took so long to talk that they couldn't reverse it until tomorrow. I was very calm even though they messed up. The worst employee you have there!

They put my paycheck on a hold and when I called to question it I was told it was THEIR MISTAKE because the teller accidentally entered it in as a personal check. When I asked if they could reverse the transaction the guy told me they can’t because they only have an hour and I will have to wait until the next day for the check to clear.

Their hours state they are open on Saturdays but at 11:20am Saturday they were not open. Staff here is very friendly and we appreciate the location but did not appreciate the inaccurate hour listing….

Always slow then they can't ever open the drive thru lanes. Only one open which doesn't have an open sign so it always looks closed. BMO is dropping the ball on this location. Sad.

No mask no service! I did not know it was a bank tellers job to enforce a unlawful mask mandate. 13 yrs with them and I’m looking for a new bank as I’m not dealing with this.
