Big Bull Falls units are all new and nicely rebuilt. All units are clean and dry, rodent free and secure! There are enough security cameras to satisfy any possible security concerns.
The owner and staff are so amazing and accommodating when setting up a storage unit through them. They helped me figure out what size best suited my needs for storage.
The owner is professional and friendly, and communicative. They always answer the phone or are quick to reply. Staff is attentive to renters needs and so helpful, they deserve five ⭐️’s alone for that!
The price is very reasonable……I know that there is NOT another storage unit in the surrounding area, that can beat Big Bull Falls Self Storage of Wausau.

If you are looking for a TOP SHELF+5 STAR storage unit BIG BULL FALLS SELF STORAGE is the only one the Wausau area has and I have used a lot of others. Due to my job, hobbies and so on I have been renting storage units in the Wausau area for years. I have used over 10 different ones in this area and some were terrible, others were good but had a couple issues like, condensations inside, mice, lack of security, and one of the units in town was o.k, but the owner was rude, impolite, and would modify requirements from renters to avoid his responsibilities.

Big Bull Falls Storage Units are the best ones I ever saw and am using and recommend. If you have items that are sensitive to moisture or condensation, or don't want rodents to ruin your stuff, and need to make sure things in storage are safe and secure, this is the place to go. When I went to look at the unit I am renting, the owner was so cooperative and accommodating to MY schedule vs. his . He was polite, and is very knowledgeable about storing items.

When you look into this place, before you decide not to rent from Big Bull Falls Self Storage because it may be a few dollars more, understand that a few dollars more a month is way less than items that may get ruined or stolen from others because of possible flaws other places have.

Need one? Get a hold of them and get it quick. They are awesome and worth every penny.
