Ruston Harris sold us a home with severe plumbing issues that caused the second-floor bathroom to flood the first floor just two days after we moved in. Additionally, there was undisclosed water damage that had been concealed with paint. After inspections by three separate contractors, all confirmed the damage was pre-existing. Despite multiple attempts to contact Ruston via phone and email, she ignored all communication after the sale. As a result, we filed a complaint with the Washington State Board of Realtors and are now awaiting litigation.

Liz Marshall made us have the WORST experience ever. I will never recommend John L Scott because of this woman. She was condescending, rude, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. We nearly retained a lawyer. She did not give helpful advice and didn't hide the fact that she was greedy. I never once felt like she had our best interest in mind. In the end, she never said thank you for giving her OUR business and making her a LOT of money. What a joke.

Their listing agent made our attempt at a home purchase horrible. The most upsetting and confusing experience, even our agent was dumbfounded.... Will never recommend Quincy Anderson or Jason Walchli.
