Had a wonderful experience using 4 corners.
Jeff and Ellen were quick to respond through email if I had any questions. My car shipped from the east coast to Hawaii with no problems! I felt like the pricing was reasonable and instructions were thorough!

Company just left our car on the side of the road without us present for us to verify it was our car or sign anything. With the keys inside for anyone to just go and take our car
We ordered our car shipment 12/27/24, they man in the phone told us it would be picked up that following Monday. A few days after Monday we called to verify where the car was; turns out they never grabbed it as they didn’t have a carrier for it. We just got it back today after weeks of not having any sort of update just for them to ditch our car on the side of the road.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Jeff and Ellen did a great job giving me all the information I needed and getting my vehicle shipped to Hawaii for me. It even arrived over a week earlier than their initial estimate.

We had an excellent experience using 4 Corners Transport. Jeff made the entire process of shipping our truck from NJ (residential pick up) to HI extremely easy. Highly recommend.

Scheduled my shipment with 4 corners Oct 30 , upon scheduling I was asked for payment info. Their website says no charge until carrier booked but I was charged immediately. A week later I’ve heard nothing so I reach out and am told still no carrier . I reach out again Nov 11 and still no carrier . I tell them if it’s not booked by the next morning I want a refund . I reach out Nov 12 to cancel and request a refund. I am told it will be canceled . Between Nov 12 and Nov 13 I email twice and leave a voicemail asking if it has been canceled and if my refund has been started to which I get zero responses .
Meanwhile I book with montway nov 12 at 10pm and have my vehicle scheduled by Nov 13 at 3pm for cheaper than 4 corners. I reach out again Nov 14 asking for a response before I move forward to dispute the charge and am told they didn’t get any of my emails and can’t process a refund until the owner has his surgery, bc they don’t have the passwords . I asked why I was not updated that business was on hold while the owner wasn’t present , I was then told business was not on hold .. however after two weeks my shipment still hadn’t been booked, it wasn’t canceled & no refund bc ā€œthe owner has the passwordā€, no calls answered and only email answered after I said I was disputing the charge . Not sure what ā€œworkā€ they are doing here … needless to say TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

I needed to move my car from Colorado to Hawaii and 4corners came highly recommended. It was an easy process from the start. Definitely using them again!

I’m going to tell you something - shipping a vehicle from coast to coast can be a total pain in the you-know-what. You’re at the mercy of the carriers. If carriers aren't looking to haul coast-to-coast when you want them to, you wait. If the market prices go up higher than your broker quoted, you wait. I read a ton of online reviews during the time I was trying to figure out how to ship a new car across the country, and so many people were blasting these broker companies with significant hate due to delays, lack of communication, fluctuating pricing, and so on. It seems to me that there’s only so much a broker can do to get your car to ship - they have to quote you a low enough price that you’ll choose their company, but they have to build in enough money for them to get paid AND for the carrier to choose to ship that car - all in that low price they quoted you! If the carriers think the price your broker is offering is too low, you wait. And THEN, once a carrier picks up the car, you wait some more (only this time you’re on pins and needles wondering where your car is). Our carrier didn’t have any tracking or anything, so we had to communicate by text with a driver and dispatcher who spoke literally zero English. Turns out, supposedly the truck transporting our vehicle lost a wheel off its trailer and they had to delay two days for repair. Our delivery was four days later than estimated. This was on top of us waiting 14 days for a carrier to even agree to transport our vehicle. In total, it was 24 days between our first available day to ship and when we took delivery of the vehicle.

As for 4 Corners, Jeff was quick to quote me a reasonable price, called me on the weekend when he didn’t have to, and was pleasant to talk with over the phone. He wasn’t upset when we switched pickup addresses. He responded to me by phone, email, and text. Ellen was pleasant to work with as well. I suppose there’s a chance that going with a larger broker like Montway might get you access to more (and better) carriers, so maybe that could have saved us some heartache, but I’m not sure.

I hope I never have to ship another vehicle across the country again - it’s just a stressful experience that the customer really has very little control over. Jeff & Ellen did everything that they were supposed to I guess, so I thank them for that. For anyone reading this review trying to figure out how to ship a car across the country - be patient, don’t necessarily take the cheapest quote, and be ready to wait…and wait…and wait.

All carriers beware of this broker, they will block you from receiving loads because a customer lied to them about a delivery and we proved customer lied and still won't unblock us. And to top it all off they late paid us.
