I scheduled an appointment to get a wheel alignment. My car is lowered with aftermarket suspension, and most places won't even attempt to do an alignment without the proper equipment or experience. The mechanics here told beforehand that they may or may not be able to do it, depending on if it was too low.

My appointment was at 10 AM and they took my car in as soon as I got there. The waiting area was comfortable and had snacks, coffee, and water. Outlets are available in case you need to do work while you wait. The wait was moderate, my car was finished around noon. I'd recommend bringing a book or something to keep you busy in the meantime.

When they told me they were finished, they gave me the rundown of how the work went. For my case, they weren't able to do a full alignment because of the car's suspension, but said they did what they could. They were very straightforward and honest with what they'd done and even sent a walkaround video explaining things in more detail. I was glad to hear they had at least attempted to do the alignment as best they could, especially when turned down by other shops.

Overall, my experience was great at Volkswagen/Audi in Clarksburg, WV. The staff was very straightforward and honest with their capabilities and helped me out the best they could. The small adjustments they made helped immensely and I'm thankful for being seen so quickly.

I would also recommend anyone with aftermarket suspension to seek out a mechanic that specializes in that kind of work. These guys are great in a pinch, however.

Not very satisfied with the service I received. Usually service is great. The technician working on my vehicle will come out and talk over what is wrong and/or what needs/has been done. This didn’t happen this time. I took my vehicle in for what I thought was just a bad sensor. Nothing was found for the issue I took it in for(200.00). I was happy that nothing was wrong for that issue. But obviously the technician went digging (in my opinion) and found $4500.00 worth of wrong. I took my vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion. Guess what? Nothing was found. I may be a middle aged woman but I am not that gullible. Do better Audi Clarksburg!!!!!

Everyone at Audi of Bridgeport is amazing!
From the sales people, to Dave in finance, you couldn't find better people that look out for you. There is zero up-selling, and the process is quick(about an hour).
Then you have Grace in service, absolutely a pleasure to work with. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate each and every one of them and look forward to building a good relationship with for all future purchases.

We took our Volkswagen Tiguan to be serviced and only one of the three things we asked for got done. We asked for an oil change, a tire rotation, and a state inspection (which we were overdue on). They changed the oil. They claimed they couldn’t rotate our tires due to an “active leak” because of a nail. We later took it elsewhere, and the technician told us the nail wasn’t even actually stuck in the tire, just the nailhead was stuck between the tread. So there was no “active leak.” They also refused to complete the state inspection because of window tint that had been there during all past state inspections. We have had the vehicle (with tint) since 2021. The gentleman at the service desk tried to tell me we needed a new battery, which was ridiculous. I am not in need of a battery, whatsoever, due to mileage or otherwise. I felt very much like they were attempting to take advantage of me as a customer. I also received a text the day after my “service” was “completed” saying that the sunroof needed serviced. The vehicle does not have a sunroof. I gave the man at the service desk my phone number to call if they needed anything, or if the vehicle was ready. I watched him write it down on our paper. During the few hours our vehicle was there, they called my husband (and interrupted him during meetings at work) several times. We were both extremely frustrated by this.

Too many strikes to count. This is the first time we have had a bad experience at this dealership, and it’s so sad how terrible it truly was. At the end of the day, we were saying it didn’t even feel real. We will take our business elsewhere in the future.

Was at the dealership regarding the purchase of a new vehicle .
My existing vehicle was close to its service time and while I was there I asked the Service foreman if he could squeeze my vehicle in for service ,even though I had not scheduled it.

Before I knew it was in the shop. It was a great deal because I live 1 hour away from the shop. Great people !!!!

Purchased a brand new VW Atlas Cross Sport on 5/6/24 and not even 48 hours later I began having issues with the screen. It would go black, backup camera wouldn’t work, nor would AC controls at random times. It was very frustrating and embarrassing when I would have passengers in the vehicle. I had this brand new expensive vehicle and it didn’t even work correctly. Absolute junk. Fast forward 3 months, the dealership finally put a new screen in the vehicle. After numerous trips to the dealership to sit for hours on end (2-4 hrs) each time. 5 times total I believe. So finally I was excited to have the screen fixed! Only to notice later whoever replaced the screen bent the edges up completely! VW obviously has zero respect for their customers property and do not take pride in their work by hiring completely incompetent individuals to work on their vehicles. I will never purchase another vehicle from VW and will do my best to spread the word of how disappointed I am in their product and customer service.
