Super friendly staff , convenient hours including after hour services available for frequent clients , just confirm that with Christy as her commitment in taking care of her customers is the visible difference you can feel good about spending your money at this place! Overall Point Roberts Parcel is the go to option for all of my parcel needs. I encourage anyone who hasn't experienced the services offered at PRP and allow them to earn your business the next time you're in town for parcels. 👍

We've used this parcel service a couple of times now and here are a few things I'd like to highlight from my experience. The staff working here are usually very nice and kind in person, but there doesn't seem to be a good communication system between the people that receive the packages and the people who are in charge of notifying or giving them out to people. In two separate occasions, I've had my package labelled incorrectly, or put away under the wrong shelf, making it difficult to find. However, like I said, the staff are really friendly and really do try hard to deliver good customer service. Additionally, their pricing is quite reasonable, although I do wish that their pick up times on the weekends were longer.

Our company has been doing business here for many years, The service has been nothing but the best. My vehicle unfortunately got stuck in the snow today, and with out even having to ask, Brandon the only person working on this snowy day came to my rescue with Salt and Shovel in hand, digging out the ice under my tires and pushing my Van out, now if that is not top notch service i do not know what is. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for just amazing people and high quality service. Thank you again Brandon for getting me home today. " Not all Hero's wear capes!!
