It's unfortunate to see this business closing down. We never did use their services during the last 40+ years because there was better value elsewhere especially given you're virtually guaranteed to have to pay taxes on your imported goods. But over the years The Point slowly become a ghost town, similar, but not there yet Blaine and Sumas.

Friendly staff & convenient location to the border. My only complaint is the limited hours given the amount of time it takes to reach by public transit & walking over the border from home. Unfortunately, they're shutting down in April due to political tensions severely hurting business. I thank them for their service.

Absolutely the best shipping place in Point Roberts. They are super organized, take great care of you're packages, friendly and knowledgeable staff and get you in and out quick.
Recently I brought in a return and forgot the form and they held the package and allowed me to email them the form to ship out the box without me even being there. 10/10

Not the cheapest but must be one of the friendliest. Staff is super nice and helpful. Very convenient as it is the closest parcel service to the border. Haven’t had any issues in the 8 years or so that I’ve been going there

Just came back from another pick up at Point To Point parcel pick up in point Roberts

I don’t know if I can say enough about how wonderful the ladies are, that work here. Everyone I’ve dealt with is extremely professional, friendly, work quickly when there’s lineups, and are just always a pleasure to see. I’ve only been down a few times, and some of them already know my name, and others recognize me and wave. It’s pretty darn nice to be recognized and greeted when you walk into a business.

This last Friday when I had a pick up Carline and Ailish (Hope I got your names right ladies!) just grabbed my cart and came and loaded my vehicle up with all my boxes. I know this is not a regular service but when it’s quiet, they’re always willing to help and go the extra mile.

Point To Point is a great location to receive your parcels from with easy access from Tsawwassen. Takes me about 45 minutes to get there from second Narrows Bridge in Vancouver. Obviously, the staff are stellar! Loads of parking and right beside the border. from my experience, they are extremely organized and know what they’re doing. They also have a number that you can call ahead to check on things or if you have any problems - something I haven’t had to do.

And yes, sometimes there are lineups which they can’t control, so just be patient and wait your turn as I can guarantee they will get to you as fast as they can.
