I can’t believe they released my package to another person. I tried this service out for the first time and went to pick up the package, only to realize the package is no longer there and it has been given out to another customer. I cannot recommend this service.

It's extremely convenient to have this place just a short (less then 1hr) & pleasant drive from my house in Vancouver. I use to have my US parcels shipped to Blaine, Washington but then a friend told me about Point Robert's. What a wonderful discovery!!!! I have never waited more than 10min to cross the boarder into Point Roberts. The drive there is very relaxing. Friendly service offered by TSB staff is always exceptional. LOVE it!
