This was a great company. They shipped our car from New York to Idaho. We had previously had our car stolen during transport so I was very leery of shipping another car. But this company owns some of their own trucks which is hard to find for auto transport. That meant for the route I needed they didn’t have to post the job to the dispatch board and broker it out where criminals watch for nice cars. It was supposed to take 9 days for shipping and they got it here in 5. Very impressed. I was able to text a representative and get location updates anytime and that person was very responsive. The only reason I docked a star was because the car battery died during transport and our car got stuck up on the top of the semi in a town 30 minutes away. Technically not the companies fault but it ended up being a hassle. We had to drive to the semi and put gas in the car while it was up on the semi and jump the battery. They loaded the car on the semi with low fuel and then it was tilted during transport and needed gas to start up. We needed a ladder and it wasn’t easy. So we ended up having to go get it ourselves and it was in a larger city that would have had a cheaper delivery price but we ended up still having to pay the price to have it delivered directly to our home. I would use them again because they own some of their own trucks (depending on the route) and they don’t necessarily broker the job out to a third party.

I needed a 2004 Lexus moved from Maryland to North New Jersey. I contacted Coast to Coast on a Saturday and I got confirmation right away. I needed the vehicle picked up on the following Tuesday and they were there right on time! I got the vehicle Wednesday morning. No fuss no muss!! I would highly recommend them!!!

Coast to Coast Auto Transport is unreliable, dishonest and very difficult to contact. My car arrived over two weeks past the original delivery date. Contacting this company is very difficult. No one answers the main phone line or returns voicemails....ever. My direct contact, Cole, was also difficult to contact, slow to reply and was repeatedly dishonest. My car was left at a dealership for weeks before finally being picked up. When it arrived at my house, we were texted "I'm here" and went out to find the driver walking away from our driveway with the car left unlocked and keys in it. No inspection! This business is not BBB accredited. Check other online reviews for yourself, I wish I had before hiring them. Awful experience all around. Go with another auto transporter and save yourself the headache
