These guys moved a sectional sofa from my mother's townhouse to my house. My mom was the only person home and supervised both ends of the move. She gave each man a $20 tip at the end, which they cheerfully accepted.

However, it turns out that on their last trip upstairs, these men ripped her sitting room door off. They tore the screws right out of the wood, stripping the holes, and chipped paint off the door. She did not come upstairs with them on that final trip to get the last piece of the sofa. She followed them to my house immediately afterward, so she did not discover the damaged door until later.

There is no way the movers did not know they had ripped her door off. They chose not to mention it or offer to fix it. They enthusiastically accepted tips from her afterward, knowing they'd damaged her property and left dangerous, sharp screws sticking out.

When I complained and sent photos of the damage to Miracle Man, the response from the company was to send me claims forms for their insurance company that I am supposed to fill out and submit. I am not the insured. They are. I didn't choose this insurance. They did. The correct response would be to reimburse me for the repair and then file their own claim with their own insurance. Instead, they want me to be their secretary and shoulder the risk that their insurance is slow or poor.

I'm giving 2 stars because they did move the sofa without damaging it. No more stars because they tore off a door, hid the damage, accepted tips, and then did very little to make it right.

Just yesterday I had Miracle Man Movers out to help with a small, but heavy load. Two movers, Weston and unfortunately I missed the other gentleman’s name, assisted my mom and I with the small move. They were both professional, quick and helpful. I specifically wanted the items on the left hand side of my garage, so my vehicle could still fit and they did their best to make it happen. They also took great care and caution with fragile items. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again, as well as refer their services to others. Thanks for the help!

I'm so sorry this has taken so long to write this. I have to say that the Miracle Man crew (Weston, Dominic and Foley) were the absolute best. I feel like we got the A-Team of movers on this one (Andrew, Chris B., Chris D., Dyami, and Nykey). Professional, friendly, clean, communicative with us and each other. They reminded me of a professional sports team with how well they worked together and communicated properly with one another.

To say we had a technically challenging move would be an understatement. We needed a 6'3 concert grand piano that weighed 650 pounds moved to the second floor of our home without being able to use the stairs.

The team worked together to carefully problem solve the challenges they faced with our home, all while maintaining professional conduct and effectively communicating with us throughout the entire process. The piano made it to the desired area without any damage to it or our home.

David, who gave us our original quote for the project, was incredibly responsive and proactive in facilitating the move. He was also fantastic to work with.

This is a 5 Star Review. We had a dual stop for our move with two homes. This crew wrapped all the large items and carried additional items up stairs for us. They were so professional and had amazing common sense. We are very grateful.

David was the BEST! He got my move scheduled super last minute all the while trying to accommodate the best possible pricing for me in my last minute move situation. He was so helpful and went out of his way to really leave a lasting impression! The movers that came out were also awesome! They finished their prior job early so they came to do my move 2 hours a head of schedule! They were fast and efficient! It was so nice to be able to sit down just in time for dinner in my furnished apartment! Highly recommend Miracle Man Movers to anyone! It’s was nice to have a company that really cared about your needs and isn’t out to just nickle and dime you!

I hired them to put a pool table together. They were able to get it done within two days on a Sunday! Everyone I talked to were super nice. Chris and Xavier came out to install and they did an awesome job. They took time and made sure it was done right and cleaned up afterwards. They even cleaned existing the felt that had few stains. This week, Miracle Man Movers Dominic and Foley came out to the house to move a few heavy items that my wife and I couldn't manage. They found our hard-to-find house in Brush Prairie and completed the job in about an hour. It was worth it. It would have taken my wife and I at least half the day to move the items and even then I'm not sure we could have managed it. Thanks, Miracle Man!!
