We booked this auto transport for our new Jeep gladiator through Roadrunner. We had a smooth and seamless experience. My Jeep even arrived from California to NJ a day early. The driver was professional & courteous. The Jeep arrived quite dirty due to road grime & bug exposure on the open trailer, so keep that in mind. For me it was no big deal & I washed my vehicle the next day. If it is important to you to keep the vehicle clean on the road trip you may want to opt for the enclosed trailer option. Overall a great experience & highly recommend.

Overall good experience. I booked through AirRyd (would also recommend). The drivers were nice, responsible, and communicative. In general I think this business requires patience and flexibility — for instance my pickup was delayed multiple days due to weather and it arrival one day earlier than expected. That was fine with me given that I didn’t have a job at the time, but I imagine would be harder for others without as flexible of a schedule. Another thing to be aware of was I had to meet the driver at the mall to load my car because he needed a big parking lot so that meant I had to get a ride back home (this was not true on the back end as they transferred it onto a smaller truck that brought it straight to my house). Overall I was impressed they transported my car from Maine to Oregon in just 6 days for a reasonable price!

I moved across country & had never shipped a car before or knew anyone who had. This company was upfront about the cost and process and had excellent customer service and communication from the driver. Prepare to be flexible with the timeframe when your car is delivered since the driver is encountering unexpected weather and other car owner drop offs along their route cross country. Mine was delivered 3 days after initial ETA. I would highly recommend using this company and their driver Garrett!
