Not a good experience. Will not return. They guarantee delivery at an expensive rate and don’t care at all when you pay $100 for shipping and it arrives seriously late. Hostile on phone.

The grouchy elderly woman named Kathy who I assume co owns this business with her husband, is so incredibly rude. Her husband is very pleasant and I totally enjoy working with him, HOWEVER, I very rarely get the pleasure of working with him. Kathy is so unpleasant and unhappy. I would much rather drive 2 hours to Denver to ship my Fed Ex packages than to ever have to deal with her again.

I have NEVER had such a bad experience like I did with the woman who received my package. I accidentally gave the incorrect name since I was dropping the package off for someone and when I went back in to just ask if that could be fixed, (I was very polite mind you), I was absolutely blasted by the woman who talked down to me, raised her voice and was yelling, interrupted our conversation to talk on the phone, and then when I asked her not to speak to me in such a way, she threw up her hands and started yelling at me again. I literally did nothing wrong and was treated terribly. Not worth it. Just drive down the road to Woodland Park.

When Lisa owned this business; she was wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly. When Jeff and Kathy bought this business it went down hill. Jeff is OK. However, Kathy is rude and inconsiderate. Very bad business person. She clearly does not understand the services they provide and are suppose to provide. Do business with another company.
