They are back in their original spot in Red Rocks Canyon Shopping Center, finally! And the same friendly, helpful staff is available. I didn't even know they handled Postal shipping too, and they helped me obtain a shipping container and handled all the postal shipping with the newest and greatest USPS Ground Advantage that includes tracking! Less expensive than Priority Mail too! Overall, Exceptional customer service and 5 Thumbs Up!

I wanted to ship my brother a package. I walked in, and didn’t know what was going on. I didn’t know who would help me or what. There was a person they seemed to be helping and they had a van load of packages. I didn’t know what was going on, I wasn’t greeted, none of the 2 employees made eye contact with me even. So I just left after waiting to be helped with no communication lol. Next time I would greet your customers and let them know whether you will help them instead of just leaving them hanging. It made me wonder why they didn’t greet me (is it because I had a rainbow on my outfit and a mask?) I hope it wasn’t because of my identity and next time you should communicate so potential customers don’t wonder. I don’t think I’ll be back but good luck.

My wife and I started our vacation in Colorado Springs, and prepaid for luggage storage service using "Bounce." However, there was a mixup on Bounce's end of the deal. We discovered this when we arrived at the location and walked in to drop our luggage off. Robert, however, was very kind and understanding, and he accommodated us. Very thankful for Robert, and Westside Shipping and More! They went above and beyond, fixing somebody else's mistake.

Everyone I have worked with at this location has been incredibly courteous and professional. Normally going to the UPS store if feels like going to the DMV, but this store really feels like a mom and pop operation. One of the managers stayed late with me to help notarize a document. They have always provided great service at very reasonable prices.
