I contacted Shipito lots of time, if Shipito give me the tracking number to check in canada post then there would not be any delay. No body from canada post came to my house to delivery attempt. I always work from home and everyday I check my mailbox. Next time please use pvt provider like UPS Purolator to delivery in canada don’t use canada post. Today I collected tracking number from Shipito then went to canada post to get the item, they charged me 35$ .

Avoid Shipito at all costs. Go with literally any other shipping service. I've had a securely packaged fragile item taken out of it's original box (no clue why) and put in a bubble envelope. It obviously was destroyed during shipping and Shipito refuses to accept their fault in the situation. I also had very expensive items in the same shipment that was not in the box they sent me. Completely missing after Shipito repackaged the box with absolutely no compensation or resolve. I've used several shipping forward services but never had one both destroy my products and have things mysteriously go missing during repackaging.

Shipito is now an expensive option. It was once the best, but until they fix shipping costs and stop ripping customers off I'll no longer use them.

Wow a reply after 2 years. Actually no not all companies charge such high rates and markup. I've been using one of your competitors MyUS for the last two years and been very happy with the majority of shipping costs.

DO NOT USE! I repeat DO NOT USE!!!! Quite possibly the WORST service and most expensive prices I have ever encountered. They also sting you with so many fees and their response time is abysmal. Packages don't get uploaded for a week and then they charge you for excessive holding fees. It's a joke of a company - don't bother with them find someone else.

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE! They charge enourmes amounts of fees for everthing. I used to be an long time customer there, but the lost me with the're laughable service. Please use an other service. BYE SHIPITO
