We've been trying to get access to our camper for the last 8 days. The gates broken, again. Their solution was to put a combination bike lock on the gate without telling anyone or giving out the combination. We called for the code and waited for a return call. They gave us the code so we went back and of course the code doesn't work. Still waiting on a call back from management 8 days later. Luckily we just need to get things out of the camper and weren't planning a trip.

This place is in a good location but the gate is rarely functioning and secured. Anything you have here should carry a hitch lock. They have no e-mail and are impossible to reach by phone. Canceled according to rules and removed everything. Months later still receiving nasty e-mails that I am getting locked out. For the love of God do not give them a Credit Card and good luck with the call center in Juarez.
