Kenzie (I think that was her name) was soooo amazing to work with! We missed the pickup time due to it being a Saturday (TOTALLY our fault!) and had to leave on our flights without our bags. But she was SO helpful, and went above and beyond to help us get our bags. I can't say enough how good the customer service was. Lesson learned: leave your phone number with the store employees since Bounce doesn't have them ask! But again, it was our fault for not realizing/forgetting the time.

This is an incredibly convenient service, and at under $6, it's a steal. Our items were ready for pickup when we needed. The location (seven eleven backroom) didn't seem the most secure spot for my laptop, but we had no issues, and we would definitely use the service again.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. We received our bags back safely, and there was no issues. But you will basically be putting your bags in the bag of a 7/11 with no locker. When we went back to get our bags they didn’t look at the picture of the bag, or check if they were ours. There were also a number of bags out in the open, and anybody could have taken them. Not a very safe option. But if you’re desperate, it will probably work!
