This is a picture that the driver took stating that he tried to deliver my package, which is a complete lie. We have been home the whole time and you don’t need a signature to drop the package. This driver should be on the unemployment line!

I have lots of reptiles, the majority of them are shipped overnight to this fedex hub. Every time I go there, this super nice man is working and he is always very nice and is such a help if I need information on things. It’s never super busy in the mornings which I like as well.

I will at all cost avoid using fedex the have very poor management and their drivers are rude and inhumane last week a fedex truck came down my road that’s 15mph going 45 and hit my dog yeah Ik u will say dog shouldn’t have been in the road but this isn’t just any road it is a private drive there are kids that play in the road also driver didn’t stop or slow down she left my 7 year old dog (family) laying in the road till I got home soon after and found her sadly she passed and I can’t even get a reply back from management about the speeding being done on my private drive way
