Daniel, Rich, and Harvey were instrumental in getting my car back home safely. I was supposed to go to work in this snow storm in a Dodge Challenger. Another vehicle was disabled on the George Bishop bridge so I had to come to a complete stop. After stopping I was disabled. The County Police officer was great as well. One of the tow trucks became stuck themselves, we all got off the bridge safely. Then got me home. Thank you guys for all of your hard work keeping people safe today!

The Quality Tow truck driver, Daniel, came to the location of our vehicle’s mechanical event on Highway 31 very quickly after we called. He skillfully lifted our truck even though it didn’t have all four wheels. We followed him as he safely delivered us to the shop we selected. We are pleased with every aspect of the service.

I had a terrible experience with this towing company. After I was involved in an accident, the police called a towing truck. The driver, Daniel, arrived and initially asked for $300 cash to tow my car. Since I didn’t have that amount on me, I told him to tow the car to my home, where I could pay him in cash. He called his office, took photos of my driver’s license and car registration, and didn’t mention anything further about payment options.

After loading my car, he suddenly said he would tow it to their storage facility instead of my home because I didn’t pay cash at the accident site. They don't accept card payments, which I wasn’t informed about upfront. If I’d known, I could have arranged for someone to bring me the money.

When we arrived at their storage facility, they charged me twice: $266 for towing from the accident site to their storage and another $155 to tow my car just half a mile to my home. This felt like a scam, and the lack of transparency about their payment policies made the situation worse.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They seem more interested in taking advantage of people in stressful situations than providing honest and fair service.

I had difficulty understanding the atmosphere at Quality Towing & Service Center. The Mature individuals were top shelf and to my liking. The guys with the tow truck and responsible for taking me and my car to the Service Center were also top shelf. BUT the young girls in the office had no clue what Customer Service is. If I had met either of them early on, I would have regretted bringing my car there. The girl that checked me out when I came to pay for my car and pick it up was totally a poor representative of this Company. I hope that there will be an evaluation of these unprofessional and Customer service training needed girls going forward, because I am more than pleased with other Personnel and my car is running wonderfully. Such a difference 🤔 between the Personnel there; I didn't get it? It was like being at two different places.

I cracked a rim and was stranded. I used road side assistance and was connected with quality towing. The woman on the phone was super friendly and quick with dispatching a driver…our driver was amazing! He kept his truck warm, allowed us to wait inside while he hooked up my car. He was professional and friendly and we had quite a few laughs on the way to my house… I wish I got his name, but he was exceptional!! Definitely would recommend!!

AMAZING service! My truck wouldn’t start and I was right across the parking lot from a Firestone. I received a phone call within minutes of requesting a tow service through my insurance company. Their driver, Harvey appeared in less than 20 minutes, the kindest, nicest driver you could meet. Hooked me up, towed me the 500 feet and went on his way. The last time I needed a tow, it was a fiasco and I was dreading this experience. Quality Towing was amazing, absolutely recommend!!!
