Used this company! As a last-ditch effort to find my boxes that Greyhound freight services has lost, I called in hopes of getting some assistance. The owner was in traffic pulled over talk with me and promised to provide some answers. He got back with me within 15 minutes, was extremely professional and empathetic to my situation and promised to make some phone calls on my behalf. I find this company to be very professional and very reliable and I appreciate very much all of their help. When they picked up my boxes they called ahead to let me know they were on their way and then sent me a text message with a photo confirmation that my items were taken where they were supposed to be dropped off.
