I had a great experience with passport photo + renewal here. Hannah was SO helpful, made sure all of my information was correct, pointed out a couple of helpful tips, and provided prompt, fast, but thorough service. Really appreciate her!

I needed to have some docs notarized with two witness signatures and was trying to figure out how to coordinate this when I saw the ship on site would provide witnesses. I stopped by yesterday for the notary service and to ship a package.

Hannah was fantastic! She took care of me and a line of about 10 other people who were dropping off packages in just a few minutes while I waited for another employee to return to be a witness for my docs. Them providing the witnesses relieved me of a major hassle.

While I waited, I observed them take care of at least 20 customers in just a few minutes. (I happened to be at the post office earlier this week and the lines were out the door and easily had a 40 minute wait.)

I was really impressed with all three workers and their customer service. It reminds me of the type of service I loved from the family run businesses in my small hometown.

Going forward, I won’t go anyplace else for any of my shipping, packaging or notary service.

Mariya was one of the most helpful employees and has always taken an extra effort to ensure that I have had the perfect customer service. From the time that I came in with a very heavy box and she assisted me as I could not do it by myself, to the time I had to have a passport picture made, that no one likes to have made, she took her time and was patient enough to help me leave happy with the photo. Mariya is truly an asset and goes beyond to make the customer happy.
