We had a unit there since 2008 and the customer service has always been great. We have moved and had to close out our unit. Callie was so helpful and made our move so much easier. She helped several times over the last couple of years when I could not make the trip over there. Just great service!

The manager Kalli Clarke at Gluckstadt Storage Max was absolutely amazing. She was instrumental with transferring from furniture from South Carolina to Mississippi while I am looking for a home, wish I could give here a six star rating

I have rented from StorageMax many times over the years and I'm never disappointed. Recently I rented a unit at the Gluckstadt location, Clay the manger there at Gluckstadt is a fantastic manager, he always has a friendly professional attitude. The Gluckstadt location met my expectations of a clean, secure location. Note: when I was there this past Saturday the store was very busy but Clay took the time to communicate with everyone to let us know that we would get the attention we deserved. Although I have moved in my new house and I no longer need a storage unit I'm sure I will need a unit in the future. I will choose StorageMax again and I will choose Gluckstadt again because of Clay and the attention to customer service he provides.

A very good experience here. I rented from Atlanta and the young woman I spoke to went out of her way to locate my unit and describe to me how to get there and some tips on how to access it easily. They allow you to rent month to month and do not require drafting from your bank account. That was very nice, since we were not sure how long it would be til we bought a house here.
Each time we go there it is very secure, well lit, very clean. Happily, we won't need it anymore! Thanks y'all!

My furniture was stored in this facility for 4 months. During that time I had frequent contact with the managerClay Bartunek. Every encounter was professional, friendly and thoughtful. The facility was clean as were the grounds. Moving in and moving out were accomplished with ease due to Clay's assistance and recommendations. Clay is an excellent representative for Storage Max. I have recommended Storage Max to multiple people based on the service I received from Clay.

This is a great location with excellent service. I never felt unsafe loading or unloading, and all of our goods were secure and well-protected. The manager was very pleasant and understanding of all of our needs and made sure to stay in contact if warranted. This is a great place to get a unit!

I have been with this facility over 5 years after retiring from the US Army and the service has been nothing short of top notch.
