I had an awesome experience with this company. AJ was the young man who came out and fixed my tire and ensured me that he would get me up and running shortly. He was very friendly and professional and I recommend this company and the young man that got me up and running safely.

Most horrible place ever I was locked up for 10 days when I got out this place told me they didn't have my car for another 5 days when I finally get there they want 1800 for my car to get it back I wind up paying 1000.00 cash . They give me the key I get in my car to crank up and it's not even my car key it's a truck key . Turns out they can't find my car key say this is the one jpd gave them . (This was on Friday) I come back on Tuesday with a locksmith to make me a new key for my car for 200 dollars and my car is gone they don't know where it's at . Turns out they sold my car to a guy who mysteriously found the key and drove it back up there for me to finally take home

I was traveling to Ross Barnett reservoir to Tommy’s landing pulling my bass boat. My truck started having transmission issues. Hayles got my truck & boat transported back to my home safely which was 3 hours away. Very nice, courteous & professional driver. Would highly recommend Hayles !

So they found out we were from out of town and ripped us off. We were quoted 65 dollars for tow, but upon arrival charged 85 insisting it was the mileage that added the difference. Charged for 10 miles at 3 dollars per mile and the driver took the scenic route, of course I googled the miles our hotel is literally 4 minutes from here and the shell station we were at on Beasley was directly in front of our hotel. I absolutely abhor bad business practices. Based on our treatment I recommend to everyone find a more honorable company to do business with

This group has decades of experience. Their equipment is top of the industry and they are prepared to get the job done. They helped me crank my vehicles and moved some expensive classic vehicles for me. They have the capability to move anything and an extensive fleet of all size wreckers. The owners are nice, the field staff is professional. Nobody really ever wants to call a towing service but I suggest you call these guys!

Response time was ok, but was having my truck towed from my house to a nearby shop. Call to check on the repair of my truck and they said they have the truck but not the keys. Come to find out my keys were found threw in a bucket without being taged by the tow truck driver instead of being placed in the after hours drop box now I have to wait longer on my truck witch I really need. But I promise hayles didn't offer me a discount. Won't be using again
