PATRICK ADAMS is very arrogant, condescending, dismissive, and nonchalant!! No way a person like this should be in a position where he has to help people in need. From what I’m told I’m not the only person he’s treated this way. It is very disappointing to know that this office is allowing a person like this to work in a human resource environment. I will be reporting him to the highest person I can report to until something is done.

I only rated one star so I can write the review. I have been trying since October to renew my food stamps. But, since then they'll schedule a appointment never get back in touch with me and when I call the phone hangs up or everyone is "busy" . No idea what to do literally the worst place to be in need of assistance.

This is the worst office in the universe. They do not, I repeat. They do not care about the people they are there to assist. Never answer the phone, rude, and can't understand what some are saying. Their voice is low, and they sound like you are irritating them like you're the problem. The case worker doesn't call on the given appointment day and time. Then your case is closed, and it was never opened because no one called. Then they tell you to appeal THIS MAKES NO SENSE! This agency doesn't deserve 1 star. I give them a "0".

Horrible they lie and say they called and never do so we miss our appointment da. Then we call so many days in the row to get someone on the phone and it say we have an unusual number of calls plz call back at a later time like dude seriously they need to do better. Workers don’t answer their emails either hate this place

This place is horrible! No one cares to help. The office is complete chaos and the workers there constantly have an attitude for nothing! Never get nobody on the phone, not professional, talk about potential case out loud for others to hear . It’s actually sad.

I have been trying to reach a caseworker for MONTHS. My claim was denied & I tried uploading my documents to show them it was wrong to why they denied and deferred me I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A ANSWER SINCE April! Everytime I call No answer this just saddens me that you can't get help when you actually need it.

******They scheduled a phone interview in which THEY NEVER CALLED**** WAS TOLD TO CALL AND SET UP ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND I STILL CANT REACH ANYONE!!!!! I've been calling every other day since APRIL & all I get is "all of our employees are currently busy etc etc call back at a later time!

If I had the option I wouldn't even give them the one star! Terrible customer service, can't never get someone on the phone, and never call when they say they will. My info has been on file for months now_ july, so why am I denied for information needed? It's not like I can call to find out because they never answer. Go up there, "she'll call you tomorrow @ 1:30". 1:30 - no call! Pitiful, while they playing dress up children are hungry!
