I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with them was wonderful! Campus Crates is such an awesome service to use for any college storage. They provided boxes, customized pick up times, and reasonable rates. They were on time and communicative. The staff was super nice and friendly. They helped deliver my stuff into my room even though it was a lot, but even so they never complained. Everything was brought back in great condition. Their team is great and I would recommend anyone to use their services!!

Campus Crates is an incredible service. They were always willing to cater to your needs without any negativity. During the pickup and delivery of my items, the employees were flexible and communicated with my roommates when I wasn't able to be there at the exact time. This service was the perfect solution for holding everything you need for college during the summer and delivering it back to you perfectly when you return back to campus.

If you don't know where to keep your stuff while you're away for the summer, look no further than campus crates. They are keep your stuff safe and in excellent shape and the price is not that bad. I entrusted them with my stuff and when I moved back to Austin, they delivered everything in excellent shape and since I wasn't able to be there at the time, they didn't hesitate to leave my stuff right outside the door with no problem. I also live about 25 minutes away from UT and there was no complaint with the distance from UT. excellent, safe and smoothest choice to keep your stuff

Campus Crates did an amazing job with making sure my stuff was watched over during the 3 months I was gone for summer break. They were very responsive and professional with everything, and they even helped me out by carrying my stuff to and from my room. I will definitely be using them again next summer!!

Customer service is great..and they respond back quickly. Our freshman needed storage for summer and we had a misscommunication on pickup times but that was rectified quickly, which is a great relief as an out of state mom. Will use them again!

Extremely efficient drop off and pick up service that was really helpful during finals season and move in. The communication could be better however; within a 3 hour frame the resident is given about 2 minutes notice. Despite that the service was great!
