Bought a brand new 2025 ADX on 4/8, beautiful car, 60 miles off the lot. Less than 48 hours after I purchased the car (cash) I had to return it to the dealer on 4/10 with an Emissions System Error message. It’s now 4/13, I’ve been driving a loaner 1/2 the price of my car that I paid for, and no updates on what the issue is with the car. I contacted the dealership twice and they told me that because it’s a new model they have to download new software to diagnose it and they don’t know if it’s a software problem or if some part has to be replaced, nor do they know how long it will take. DO NOT BUY THE NEW ADX if you don’t want my experience. Clearly ACURA have not worked out the kinks and they are not ready to sell this car.

Kudos to Stacy with the service team at Sterling Acura. His professionalism and courteous manner was exemplary. I missed an important service appointment due to some logistical issues of my own and Stacy did whatever he could to accommodate. I never knew how much better the service at Sterling Acura was until I dealt with Acura North Austin. It is a night and day difference.

Sterling Acura gave an excellent buying experience for my recent purchase of a used Honda CR-V. From the first response with a personal video and walkthrough of the car, plus an online package of features and aspects of the car, to the full free carfax, I felt I knew everything I needed to know to reach out and test drive the Car. When I arrived, everyone was very personable. We checked out the car mechanically, took it for a small test drive, and decided to purchase the car. I actually had to take a meeting on my phone and they gave us the private space to do that, waiting until we were done. The purchasing and negotiating process was pleasant and honest. No four-square here. I can't speak to their financing/credit department as my purchase was cash, but everything from the final agreed price to the paperwork out the door was quick, efficient and with a smile.

More surprising is that even with a high-mileage used car, they still offer free carwashes, inspections, and airport shuttle service that they give brand new Acuras. The after-purchase check in calls were nice, and succinct. No pushing for more product, just making sure I was happy with the car. Finally, the arranged for the car's Carfax history to be added to my existing Carfax account so I can keep the service history complete.

All-in-all, the best dealership experience I have ever had. They're family owned, and not a big multi-dealership conglomerate and it shows. Every salesperson was nice. Extra shout-outs to Evelyn. If they have what you're looking for, check them out.
