1. No actual Terminal, no shop.

2. Leased, bottom of the line penske trucks that are constantly breaking down.

3. Too many PC restrictions.

4. There are situations where the shippers will require you to sweep the trailer out because all AI fleet pulls is random load board freight; they do not have clients or anything dedicated.

5. It is not 100% no touch freight. Some loads will require strapping, bracing, load locking, etc. It is dry van, but if the load shifts or falls, they will blame you.

If you don't mind sitting at different penskes around the country while one penske mechanic blames the problems on the other penske, go right ahead but im a driver that loves uninterrupted miles, not sitting in a penske lobby every week because I work for a company too cheap to buy their own trucks.

No thank you!

Ai FLEET started with a motto "changing trucking" and for awhile, they did. I slowly watched them adopt mega carrier tactics, rules and regulations. They have become a CRST in sheeps clothing but at least CRST has terminals.

Great company honestly i enjoyed my time. My dispatcher was everything she was amazing. Only problem was Penske fixed the truck and never would where I lived. Cruise control my ankle is jacked because of it. Other then that AI Fleet is a dope company.

A lot of companies promise they have the miles. Ai Fleet has actually delivered on that promise for me. In my first seven days of driving, I logged over 3000 miles with the company, and due to their sliding scale I will be paid at .67 cents per mile. That's a nice paycheck!

From all the reviews I have read on here and indeed reviews, nobody talks about their point system on how bad they babysit their drivers every move. You start at 100 points.. Prepare to be criticized.. they are hosting an adult daycare center for truckers. If you're not a perfect driver with no mistakes then this place is not for you.. they want robots here..Like people say they do keep u rolling with the paper, plastic, and garbage loads.. i have never sat without a load not one time..they will always throw in short runs that kill your miles.. my first highest check was 2100 off 4300 miles that only happened one time second highest was 1600 off 32 or 3300 miles and I pretty much stayed at 1500 a few times but mostly made 1100 to 1400 take home weekly. The guarantee is 1200 but when taxed I brought home 900 something.. that's only when u don't get over 2000 miles.. no driver is ever specific about pay like that and I stayed out and ran.. when I started I stayed out 2 months. I never had a problem with the truck.. apu wasn't the best. Max days hometime is 4 days because of penske account.. other than that enjoy being babysitted and getting fired over nothing new comers.. u can get fired over any little thing especially if they dont like u.. im not perfect.. doesn't matter if d.o.t. dont catch it.. they have rules within the company which is why I got fired after 4 months. U brake too hard, don't stop completely at a stop sign, go over pc.. all that crap..Truck went 70.. i cant forget the monthly compliance videos which is always annoying.. next company i roll with will NOT be doing these things.. I'm done with the daycare centers.. your freedom is gone.. it's 4 stars from me regardless.. overall I would put them in my top 10 but not top 5 at all.. matter of fact they would be number 10..

7 years safe driving and I told them I hated the paper loads we picked up. The day before Thanksgiving the truck rolled going 37 in a 40. They fired me a week later even though no citation was given and reported it to dac. Do not believe that new systems and treating drivers different, they are like any other company out there.

Im a new driver so far the company has delivered on their promise. They are very driver oriented and quite helpful. The fleet mgr has about 10 drivers per. Which allows them to be available to help. This company could be in the top 5 companies I worked for in 33 years. I'll update this post in a few months to see if they are as real as they claim.

A great company with fast and friendly response to any situation. All the folks I dealt with from dispatch, accounting, HR, equipment and orientation were great! I picked up my truck and after it had been sitting for a couple weeks the previous problem with the batteries left it dead as a doornail. I was surprised and happy at how fast it came together after hours. Anything that I have needed help with has been met with kindness and patience. I think I’m going to love it here!!
