I've been renting at storage facilities for my business at various locations for over 30 years. North Reading Storage Solutions has truly been the best storage experience! Suzanne and her sister Diane have always been so accomodating and kind. The attention to detail is incredible and the facility is immaculate. Francisco, the maintenance person keeps the place spotless. It's been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend North Reading Storage Solutions!

Diane and Suzanne were great helping my mother in law select and get settled into her new unit. My mother in law even commented on how nice the office smelled. They’ve been very helpful about reaching out when the debit card she was using no longer worked and they’ve been very kind and empathetic when my mother in law passed unexpectedly. The building is clean and new. The unit itself is well lit and there are always dollies available to help move items into and out of the unit. I would definitely recommend North Reading Storage Solutions.

Wonderful facility. It’s clean, secure, easy to access at any hour, and the elevators are spacious and reliable if you aren’t on the ground floor. The manager, Suzanne, was always extremely kind and helpful. Having climate controlled storage and an indoor space to load and unload your stuff is certainly worth a premium over what some other self-storage units offer.

Deducting a star because the rate increases were outrageous. I saw a 40% increase over three years, which is far beyond even the high inflation rates in 2022 and 2023.

I arrived at North Reading Storage Solutions frazzled from a day of moving and needing to rent a storage unit quickly to finish unloading the rest of my belongings and return the truck before receiving a late charge. Suzanne was amazing in making the whole process smooth, and doing it in a friendly, professional and prompt manner. She gave us a tour of the facility, which is amazingly clean and well lit. She took great care in going over the paperwork and ensuring I understood how to enter and exit the property. Each time I've popped in the office since I rented she greets me with a smile and is ready to answer any questions I may have. Thank you for helping make a stressful day just that much easier!

I’ve dealt with a bunch of different storage places in the past and I have to say North Reading, Storage, Solutions in North Reading Massachusetts is by far the best. The cleanest the staff there is amazing. It’s all climate controlled, which is awesome. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s the best storage facility in Massachusetts Hands-down, Bar none !
Suzanne and Diane are amazing and I love the fact that you get a little bit of a discount when your birthday comes up which I think is really cool.

I've been a customer here since 2020 and I can't say enough great things about the facility. I love the 24 hour access, climate control, drive through garage, conference room etc. This place is always so clean,even the bathroom is spotless and always supplied with Toilet Paper and hand towels. This facility doesn't even compare to others and I've seen a lot. The other thing that's important to me is customer service because the person that you are dealing with can either make or break your day, and Suzanne and Diane are the best. I've known Suzanne longer and she's always so personable and kind and helpful, and very enjoyable to talk too, and then I met her assistant Diane and she was just as nice and helpful and I actually like to come into the office to see them and that's telling, I just love and appreciate great customer service because it's hard to come by these days and Suzanne and Diane go even above and beyond that so I'm so appreciate and thankful for that. Everything is just so top notch here and I would not go anywhere else,
