I called the store and spoke with Aldo. I needed a snow blower and they were sold out everywhere. Aldo had the last one. I was able to place the order and he help me with the delivery. The great thing was they did not deliver to my address. He stay after the store closed to help me. He was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my the snow blower. He was prompt, and very responsive. I would recommend him and his store. Thank you for the great customer service.

Great store with everything you need. They just expanded to add even more items. Store is organized, clean, and staff is always helpful.Zak and the fellow who wears a winter hat was very helpful yesterday when I needed help with a project. Too bad the owner of the parking lot can’t fix the parking lot hot top, paint new lines and keep up the parking lot island landscaping. The parking lot lights don’t work and need painting. The sign entering the shopping area is over grown with weeds and needs painting. I am grateful to the store owners who are still here serving the needs of the community, I just wish the owner of the property was a dedicated to the towns people as the shop owners are.

Horrible. Ordered something online got the email confirm for pick up and went in. Told it was being assembled. Waited an hour asked how long and they hadn’t started. “Chick” (didn’t catch his name) was extremely rude and provided no empathy

Go elsewhere this place is nothing special.

Nice to have this small place nearby - I really want to like them, but NONE of their employees wear masks. Frankly boggles the mind. I’ll stick to Home Depot (as much as I despise them).

Ridiculous response - your employees are literally coming with 1 foot of customers asking if they can help. Not a great way to protect your neighborhood as a local business.

Great prices and awesome service. The employee who helped me was immediately invested in helping me find the right section, understand my options, and taught me how to use all the buttons or replace blades on the string trimmer. He even carried out some larger items to my car. When one item was tough to fit in the car, he mentioned he could drop it off as I lived nearby.

My husband went to this store to get furnace filters we had a $5card that came in the mail. We were 2 cents short so he got a nail file. The person would not honor the card because of 2 cents my husband offered to give the 2 cents and he still refused than he told my husband it was worth 2 cents for him not to come back to his store. There is no customer service or manners at this store. We will tell everyone we know how badly my husband was treated and never go there again. Rude people bad policy

Visited the store on 4/17/20. Asked a clerk for the location of an item. He gave me the isle number, but I couldn't find the item. I asked another clerk and he gave me the same isle number. Was disappointed that the clerks did not come over to assist me. I contacted the owner via email later that day and expressed my frustration. He said normally the clerks would assist in finding the item, but because of the virus issue he instructed them not to accompany customers. The owner apologized for the inconvenience (but it really wasn't his fault or the clerks). The next day the owner personally delivered the item to my home and it wasn't even a big ticket item ($12). He also informed me that I could order anything on-line with free shipping. My faith in shopping locally was restored.
