My mother had to come because of an injury she had recently. She had fallen in the bathroom into the vanity with her side. Turns out she damaged a kidney. It could not remove toxins and med leftovers from her body. This caused her blood pressure to drop and was making her lethargic. I called 911, they brought her here. It was very impressive to watch them try to figure out what was going on with her. They did not stop running tests until they got every last result. And then, went back on a couple for second screening. These care givers are some of the best people one could ever hope for when dealing with your injured mom. They are helping her get better regardless of her grumpiness of wanting to go home.
Kudos to the emergency center and the 3rd tower staff!!

This is the closest hospital and have had pretty good experiences every time I've been here. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They have a great maternity wing. My dad seems like a frequent visitor and the service and compassion for patients is great.

Lot of improvement has happened in the hospital. New people that do know there job. Much better than a few years ago. There not perfect but just as good as Baptist Hospital. it is a good hospital now. They will really try to save your life and they may just do it now. Great job for White Co. hospital.

Not very interested in helping people who need medical services, there was just a couple of people in the emergency room and no one was going anywhere! I was there for x-rays on my extremely painful break's in my leg. I have been trying to get the results back to my Dr for a while and she has as well. It's been way too long and my injury is healing improperly because of this delay. Terrible service, unprofessional customer service (the check in person)who was more interested in his coworker and personal phone calls. I have NEVER had any good service and I have been there many times, I was born there 😐. Now I have to get some one to drive me from home in Newport and it is a long drive in a older car. Good luck with what ever you need help with, I would not recommend it.

If it’s not life threatening DO NOT come here…. You will have to wait for 5 hrs to get seen by a doctor not only that but you will also watch many people come in and get put in a room instantly while you’ve been sitting there for hours waiting to be seen!

Signage inside leaves one wandering aimlessly. Staff is somewhat friendly. Covid precautions for visitors and guests are archaic given most staff think it's a farce, and personally act like it's a farce.

They're all good and very helpful nurse's and the doctor's are very thorough I'm very pleased with the way that the team forms together as a whole A fine turned team I just wished that I wasn't afraid of hospitals they would have caught my cancer sooner my doctor's are from their Stephen toothaches oncologist he's very good at what he does and is very through my cancer has been shrinking quit we'll he does another of research on things I think he's my guardian angel!!
