Mr Conner nasty on the phone unprofessional and the lady that’s has taking Laura position that’s working remotely. They to bring Lauren back. Never again… I see why the review is low and by the way this wasn’t my choice either.

This company has cost me thousands of dollars based on their practices. They picked up a shipment from Delta cargo and instead of delivering as it states on the delta cargo web portal. The driver brought the trailer back to their yard & no one could tell us for a day and half where the shipment was. Even though the distance was only 7 hrs from pickup to drop off. The conclusion is accelerated doesn’t know why the driver did that and delta states they have no clue why this happened. A shipment that should’ve been in my possession 2 days ago. Is now just about to get loaded on another truck to attempt the delivery. It gets better since now I’m traveling if I don’t pickup in 2 days from drop off there are fees involved. This cannot be part of the delta and accelerated agreement.

Rude.

Staff ignore you when you are clearly waiting for someone to help you. Took 15 minutes to get someone to acknowledge me standing at counter after being told there was no one working the reception desk.

Dispatch office understaffed. Big queue of people. Also they ignore you and refuse to acknowledge you standing there waiting for someone - anyone to help.

What took 5 minutes at FedEx freight (twice) took over an hour with Accelerated USA. Clearly they don’t understand the word “Accelerated”.....

Oh and $120 added “terminal service fee” on top of the clearance, duties, taxes, imports, inspections and blah blah blah. Clearly they don’t understand “terminal service” either.

Lazy unloading guys and doesn’t respect 3rd drivers delivery to them. Stay away from this lazy people.
